The Sunmaster 250W dual spectrum is a HPS grow lamp with a difference. Unlike regular HPS lamps that are designed to put out solely red spectrum light for the flowering / fruiting stage of plant development; the Sunmaster 250W dual spectrum grow lamp has been tweaked to put out enough blue spectrum light to accommodate both the vegetative and flowering stages.
In recent times, dual spectrum lamps have grown substantially in popularity as the technology not only eliminates the need to buy a specific lamp for the vegetative stage and the flowering / fruiting stage, but it also delivers fantastic results that are comparable to using a separate metal halide and pure HPS bulb during these stages.
All Sunmaster lamps have been specifically tailored for use as horticultural lighting. Features of the 250W Sunmaster dual spectrum lamp include:
Output of 33,000 lumens
Great photosyntentically active radiation (PAR) range
Suitable for veg and flower stages
So far we’ve had plenty of positive feedback from our customers and have trialled Sunmaster dual spectrum lamps ourselves with great results. Overall, this 250W lamp offers exceptional value for money and we would highly recommend them to any gardener looking for an all-round lighting solution.
